The Role
As a Front‑End Engineer at MethodTech, you’ll:
Collaborate directly with the co‑founders to shape product strategy and roadmap
Architect, build, and optimize user interfaces using React and Next.js
Ensure seamless performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, pixel‑perfect designs
Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices for UI development

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a full-time Backend Software Developer to work directly with the founders on the core systems that power our investment platform. The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of professional backend software development experience
Deep CS fundamentals, with strong understanding of system internals
Expert-level Python proficiency—from quick scripts to large-scale applications
Proven track record designing and building scalable, robust backend architectures
Problem-solving mindset to break down complex technical challenges elegantly
Clear communication and a collaborative, team-driven work style
Comfort in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
