Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a full-time Backend Software Developer to work directly with the founders on the core systems that power our investment platform. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of professional backend software development experience

• Deep CS fundamentals, with strong understanding of system internals

• Expert-level Python proficiency—from quick scripts to large-scale applications

• Proven track record designing and building scalable, robust backend architectures

• Problem-solving mindset to break down complex technical challenges elegantly

• Clear communication and a collaborative, team-driven work style

• Comfort in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with multiple priorities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
