Platform Engineer - Infrastructure & Internal Networks
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (In-Office Only)
Start Date: Immediate

Who We’re Looking For
MethodTech is scaling the core infrastructure that powers our systematic-investing platform. We’re looking for a hands-on Platform Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our on-prem + AWS stack—spanning servers, storage, LAN, VMs, distributed compute, and caching layers. If you thrive on designing resilient systems and automating everything you touch, you’ll fit right in.
3–6 years of hands-on experience with Linux systems engineering, on-prem networking, and AWS production workloads
Scripting & IaC expertise (Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible or equivalents)
Job-scheduler proficiency (Airflow, Celery, Cronicle, Rundeck, etc.)
Virtualization & container orchestration experience (KVM/VMware/Proxmox; Kubernetes/Docker Swarm)
Distributed caching & compute tuning (Redis, Memcached, parallel compute frameworks)
Network troubleshooting & performance optimization (tcpdump/Wireshark; throughput & latency tuning)
Strong documentation habits and an automation-first mindset
Nice-to-have: exposure to high-performance/low-latency trading environments, CI/CD tooling, and Python application development
