Social Media Manager

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (In-Office Only)

What You’ll Own

  • Launch from zero: Design and execute our entire social strategy—channel selection, content calendars, campaigns, and community management.

  • End-to-end social presence: Plan, create, schedule, and engage across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and any new platforms you recommend.

  • Brand look & feel: Craft high-impact carousels, infographics, and other visual assets in Figma that elevate MethodTech’s fintech authority.

  • Growth & optimisation: Use data to refine messaging, cadence, and targeting; run A/B tests and report on performance.

  • Cross-team alignment: Work with product and marketing to keep voice and visuals consistent at every touchpoint\


You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years owning social media for tech or finance brands (B2B/SaaS a plus).

  • Expert-level Figma skills for graphics and layouts (no video work required).

  • Proven track record of launching social channels or revamping dormant ones—end-to-end ownership.

  • Fluency with social analytics tools and a data-driven mindset.

  • Talent for turning complex fintech ideas into crisp, engaging stories.

  • Startup energy: proactive, collaborative, and comfortable wearing many hats.
